ABOUT MARK STOUT
I was born in Glendale, California in 1955, graduated from California State University at Chico in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, minor in Political Science.
In the 1980’s I worked for Las Vegas concert producer Michael Schivo, promoting and producing major rock and roll touring attractions such as AC/DC, Judas Priest, Van Halen, Tom Petty, Pat Benatar, Cheap Trick and Ted Nugent to name a few.
In the 1990’s I was marketing director for Stage Craft, a west coast-based set design and fabrication facility which built larger than life touring staging, theatrical scenery, sets and special effects for bands such as Aerosmith, Pink Floyd and Vince Gill. In 1995 I was sent by Stage Craft owner John Procaccini to set up and open an east coast facility in Nashville, Tennessee, where I currently reside. I now create Theater of the Mind digital storytelling graphics and animations.
